Appraisal request are immediately started upon receipt in the order they are received.  Every effort is made to contact the property owner or representative to set up the inspection date and time.  Electronic Appraisal reports are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format using 128-bit security.  A clearly printed email address must first be provided in order to complete this transaction. Hardcopy appraisal reports are delivered by United Parcels Services or Federal Express, which may be subject to additional fees. A signed service agreement is required by all new clients.  HBA, Inc. reserves the right to collect the appraisal fee before services rendered.
