Dana J Vanderhorst focuses her expertise on Single and Multi Family residence properties including vacant land, new constructions and condominium structures.  Please review below for further detail on the type of reports available at this time.  You may download the Fee Schedule by selecting the 'Documentation' to the left.  It is important to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat to maintain proper compatibility and security.  All electronic appraisals will be delivered in 128-bit secured Adobe Acrobat PDF files. Turn around time for the appraisal report is 24-48 hours after inspection.

Important Notes:

Dana J Vanderhorst is a ‘Disinterested and Unbiased’, State Licensed Residential Appraiser and follows USPAP & State regulations.
Additional trips to the ‘subject’ property or to obtain photographs may require added fees (mileage). 
Appraisal request are immediately started upon receipt in the order they are received.  Every effort is made to contact the property owner or representative to set up the inspection date and time.  We prefer to be accompanied by an adult during the inspection process.
Electronic Appraisal reports are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format using 128-bit security.  A clearly printed email address must first be provided.
Hardcopy appraisal reports are delivered by United Parcels Services or Federal Express, which may be subject to additional fees.
 Individual clients are required to pay before or during inspection process. A signed service agreement is required by all new clients.  HBA, Inc. reserves the right to collect the appraisal fee before services rendered.
